Prior to Distru, Holistic's team was using a different ERP software in order to manage inventory and compliance. Unfortunately, this solution was cumbersome from an operational perspective and wasn't tailored for cannabis workflows.

Holistic Health Group is a vertically integrated cannabis company in Massachusetts. They cultivate, process, and distribute their Suncrafted brand cannabis products, as well as running their retail & medical dispensary storefront. It's fair to say the Suncrafted brand touches every cannabis product under the sun, offering consumers a wide variety of cannabis flower, edible, solventless concentrate, and vape purchasing options. Managing these operations top to bottom required software that could help them manage their operations and stay compliant. The Holistic team landed on using a mostly generic ERP software solution. Unfortunately, this ERP software was cumbersome to use and did not meet their expectations for streamlining operations. The software was complicated, hard to navigate, and did not offer cannabis focused features. An incomplete one-way integration with Metrc added on to inconveniences when using the software, as it brought an unnecessary layer of complication to compliance tracking.

The Holistic team currently uses Distru's ERP platform, Analytics platform, and our new BLAZE POS integration to manage cannabis operations across their cultivation, processing, distribution, and retail intake operations. The live two-way Metrc integration, built-in CRM, production assembly, scanner features, and easy to use interface have made a large impact with day to day work. Managing software is no longer an burden adding more complexity to processes, with Distru the Holistic team is saving over 150 hours of labor per week.
By using Distru, the Holistic team is able to manage all of their inventory, sales orders, remediation, and Metrc compliance from one single platform. Our intuitive user interface is helping speed up their processes. For example, they can now process an entire assembly from a single page with just a few button clicks, whereas with their previous software it would take them through multiple steps just to create a processed good. The ability to use scanners when interfacing with our inventory & sales features is also helping speed things up, allowing their fulfillment team to quickly prepare orders within Distru. In addition to our Metrc integration, the Holistic team is utilizing our BLAZE POS integration to make the retail intake process go faster and smoother. Integrating their BLAZE account with Distru helps auto-populate information between the two systems, reducing the time needed to intake inventory as well as the potential for human errors.
From day to day operations to month by month data analytics, our Distru cannabis ERP is helping the Holistic team stay organized, operate faster, and scale more efficiently.
