Pretty much whatever your buyers are sending you. Copy and paste a text message or an email. Drop in a spreadsheet, a PDF, or a photo. You can even give a picture of a handwritten order off the back of a napkin. The AI Order Agent reads it, matches the products to your DistruCommerce menu, and builds out the cart.

Will the AI Order Agent oversell my inventory?

No. The AI Order Agent only pulls from what's actually on your DistruCommerce menu. If a product's sold out and you've got your menu set to hide unavailable items, the Agent won't add it to the cart. It'll flag it for review and tell you why. Your menu rules still run the show. The Agent just fills the cart faster.

Question 4

What if the AI Order Agent doesn't recognize a product name or our buyers' shorthand?

Accepted Answer

It'll take its best guess and show you the alternatives. The AI Order Agent uses fuzzy matching, so typos, abbreviated strain names, and buyer shorthand usually still land close. If the match is solid, it just adds the line to the cart. If it's not sure, it flags the line for review and shows you the most likely matches so you can pick the right one in a click. Say a buyer writes "carbon fiber" and means the eighth of flower, not the concentrate. The Agent will surface both, you pick, and you're done.
